By accessing or using EasyIslam ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EasyIslam provides Islamic lifestyle tools including prayer time calculations, Qibla direction, Quran reading, Hadith browsing, duas, an Islamic calendar, an AI assistant, and a prayer tracker. The Service is provided free of charge.

3. User Accounts

Creating an account is optional. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or disrespectful content
• Misuse the AI assistant for purposes contrary to Islamic values
• Scrape or systematically extract data from the Service

5. AI Assistant

The AI Islamic Assistant is provided as a general knowledge tool and does not constitute a fatwa or official religious ruling. Always consult qualified Islamic scholars for specific religious guidance. EasyIslam is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated responses.

6. Prayer Time Accuracy

Prayer times are calculated algorithmically using your location. While we strive for accuracy, always verify prayer times with your local mosque, especially for Fajr and Maghrib. EasyIslam accepts no liability for missed prayers due to calculation inaccuracies.

7. Intellectual Property

Quranic text and hadith are from the public domain. Translations are used with appropriate permissions. Our proprietary code and design are owned by EasyIslam.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

EasyIslam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
